With a Personnel directory App in Teams you can search quickly by first or last name. It is also possible to search on, for example, the function
In the detail window, in addition to phone number, department and function, you can also see the colleagues with whom the employee works. This way you can find more details that are registered in the central address book. Once you have found the right person it is possible to contact them directly via Teams.
The profile data can be entered by employees themselves. Through the integration with Delve, the data is displayed and one can decide what is visible.
